Studies:
IGSRT Saves Medicare Money Compared to Surgery and Wound Care

Independent analysis demonstrates IGSRT saves Medicare money and that limiting patient access to it will make Medicare more expensive. In fact, proposed Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) now under consideration could cost Medicare an additional $1.0– $2.6 billion over 10 years, due to increased reliance on more invasive treatments and surgery-related costs, such as skin grafts and extended wound care.
